Unable to register MiCollab SIP Client from PC and Mobile.

MiVB 8, MiCollab 8, MBG on the DMZ.

After more that 48 hours of trying I have been unable to register the SIP client from PC and Mobil clients. The client itselfs works for everything else except for the SIP Client. It fails to register the SIP Client.

However, the legacy client works ok from PC, I have selected UDP and enable teleworker.

I am 100% sure this is related to the firewall but I need to prove everything from this point on.

I have raised a ticket with Mitel but honestly I am not getting proper advise.

Guys, any idea how to start troubleshooting this?

I have checked the ports on the firewall are correct.

Any help appreciated.

What does the deployment profile say for protocol, think default is TLS on 5061
 
First thing to confirm ports would be using Teleworker Network Analyser.
 
can you see anything in the tug.log on the MBG with a registration error?
