Unable to register KX-TCA275 to TDA-100

You're not going to like this answer, I have ran in to this multiple times and the only way to register the phone after this happens is to gather ALL portables and de register them all and start the registration process all over again. I've been told by Panasonic tech support it has something to do with the ESN already being registered in the programming as it wasn't deregistered properly. This happened to us a lot when the client sends the phone back to us for repair and it wasn't removed from the system properly. Hope this helps.
