We running on Avaya IPO and using Voicemail pro for recording, Media Manager for indexing, I have a call centre running and all Agents are set to be recorded for all Internal and External Calls
the issue comes is when Agent transfers the calls I don't seem to get recordings for all transferred calls, Please assist with could be the issue.
