Unable to recorded transferred calls Avaya IPO 500v2 with Media Manager

We running on Avaya IPO and using Voicemail pro for recording, Media Manager for indexing, I have a call centre running and all Agents are set to be recorded for all Internal and External Calls
the issue comes is when Agent transfers the calls I don't seem to get recordings for all transferred calls, Please assist with could be the issue.
 
Its no longer with the agent once its transferred - end of recording. If you want whole of life recording for a call you need to enable recording against the incoming call route.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
