Unable to Recieve Emails

A user was able to accept emails from one domain until a few days ago. None of the block lists have this domain on the list, yet the user can not send or recieve email from this domain. I have checked the server, but their is nothing abnormal in the message line. The user states that they were sending/recieving emails one minute, then could not (to one outside domain) everything else is okay. Any suggestions, comments???
 
I would start by turning VERBOSE logging on the GWIA and then try to SEND a message and see what kind of errors you get on the GWIA. Then try to RECEIVE a message from that domain and then troubleshooot those errors on the GWIA.

If mail is not sending out, you WILL get some sort of error or status code on the GWIA. That's where you should start troubleshooting and go from there.

It would also be beneficial to know what GroupWise version and Service pack you are running. It would also be beneficial to know the specific version/build of the POA, MTA, and GWIA. (As redundant as this sounds, some people patch the MTA and POA's but not the GWIA). You can find this info either by typing MODULES GWMTA, MODULES GWPOA, and MODULES GWIA at the console prompt, or look at the agent status screen for each one.
