We have a Norstar Plus Modular ICS (Norstar VM 4.0) and we were able to receive (indidual fax lines per ext) faxes before, but now the faxes do not come through. I have restarted the phone system several times and it starts working for a few hours and then it stops again. I have little expirence on phone systems, but if someone could help I will greatly appreciate.
