I'm able to access internet through MS PROXY 2.0 with dial-up internet connection on WinNT 4.0. However, I'm not able to download E-mail??? Please help.

Unable to receive E-mail through MS PROXY /w dial-up

Two things to look for.
1) Have the users sufficient rights to use smtp? Check in the proxy manager console>winsock>permissions>[appropriate protocol here]
2) Have you recently switched ISPs? If you have you might need to set your mail server addresses to point to your new ISP mail servers. Some ISPs won't allow email to pass through without being address to their servers for direction. For example:
Current outgoing mail server address: smtp.oldisp.com
Change it to: smtp.newisp.com
