Hello,
I am having two NEC Aspire M/L systems. one is In US and other one is in India. US one is the main system which is connected to PRI.
US Extensions are starting with 3 and India Extensions are starting with 5.
i have installed a new 16port Digital Card on India system. in this newly installed card configured the extension numbers as 570 to 590.
i am able to make and receive calls internally to these extensions.
When i get a call from Outside and dial the extensions between 570 to 590, its giving as Extension doesn't exists.
Please help me how can i solve this.
