unable to read data from oas ,you are not authroized user in OAS 4.0

i am facing this issue while opening Open application server while clicking on configuration tree..

how to resolved this issue. pls help

check your windows credentials are a member of the OAS admin and client groups in Active Directory

we are login through local as well as domain administrator account...
anything else we need to check...

It's likely that someone has set OAS security. There is an OAS Admin group and OAS Client group set in AD, and your logon must be a member of those groups to open OMT. if all else fails, reinstall OAS and wipe the security entries as you reinstall, then any logon can access OMT
