Unable to publish site.

I'm using Microsoft FrontPage 2003. I am trying to publish a website I created to tripod.com. Everytime I try, I get the following message:

Unable to open 'http:/frontpage.tripod.com/username/'
Server error: Accessing HTTP servers requires 32 bit TCP/IP networking, which is not installed or may be misconfigured.

My operating system is XP: home edition. I was under the impression that everything in XP was 32-bit. What could the problem be?

Did you patch your Windows XP? Do you have a firewall installed?

Also do you use DSL & get an error 678 at times?

You might also try publishing to 'http:/members.tripod.com/username/'
