Unable to process registry

During installation of an application by Zenworks an error occurs: "Unable to process registry".
It happens on Win2000 machines and the registrykey mentioned is "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\".

Yes, i'm logged in as an administrator.

Yes, it did solve the problem: "the application launcher service" was not running. After starting this service, the error-message disappeared.

But......

now i get the message "Unable to access needed network resources" for ALL the applications i start in the launcher .

Do you have an idea for this problem too?

Make sure the user has proper rights to read properties from the Application object

Yep, i can imagine but i've system administrator rights and i'm able to use all these application when the ZAL-service is not started.

Do U get any kind of error codes during this messages?

Yes, i get the DO16 error as you mentioned in your first reply.
