Unable to Print Report 1

I have just upgraded from Crystal 7 to 9, and am installing on a new server.

I am using SmartViewerJava and am getting 'Unable to print report' when trying to print the report.

Also when i try the export i do not get the browse button, and can not export to a client computer.
It seems to not be making any connection to the client computer.

I am new to Crystal and can't seem to get any where with this problem

Anyone got any ideas?

Are you using ASP?

If this doesn't help, please flesh out your environment and what you're currently using.

As a side note, make sure that you apply the monthly hotfixes:

Hi Suzy,

Did you apply the fix to Crystal Enterprise 9? If so which hot fix did you apply?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
