unable to print report!

One of our user get above popup error message, but she can view the report. Did anyone have the same experience before and how to solve it?

All reports, or just that report?

Perhaps this user doesn't have a printer defined?

I've received lots of print errors, but none that simply said that...

all the reports, It's the first time I saw it too. Only simply pop up message "Unable to print report" in the viewer mode, she has a network printer as default printer. I think maybe her system setting has some problems. All the other users can print without any problems.

I didn't find any topics with same error message too. Just hope if anyone had the same experience before, then maybe can give me some advices.

There are advanced CMC security settings for objects that allow you to deny printing, I guess it's worth checking those.
