unable to print or see GM report in window

I have GM 5.7
I am unable to print or see report in window and I keep getting this error.

Goldmine 5.7: gmw5.exe - Application Error

The Instruction at " 0x00000000" reference memory at " 0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminated
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

I cannot get support to this problem, so my last hope is to reinstall GM 5.7 or maybe you can help me.
