Hello everyone,

At the beginning of this year I wrote a collection of five crystal reports which are used in conjunction with the customer relationship management software we use. I had no experience with crystal before that time and mostly taught myself using web tutorials, the in-line help and buckets of trial and error. All was well. Fast forward to now and, having forgotten just about everything I'd previously learned, I've been asked to amend a number of the reports. Not a big ask, however on opening the reports and clicking print preview nothing happens. I expect to be prompted for the parameter values used to calculate the reports, but nothing happens. It's as if I haven't clicked the button at all and it's a similar situation if I choose File | Print. On a colleague's computer the reports open and preview without a problem but despite having reinstalled CR twice, deleted all connected printers (thought it worth a shot) and crawled the web for a good couple of hours in search of pointers I'm none the wiser. The database seems to be connected, from the field explorer I can right-click and browse data, and the line of business application which uses the same DSN is working just fine.

Am I missing something obvious? Any and all advice very gratefully received.
