Unable to print multiple emails in outlook 2003

OS = Win XP Pro
APP = outlook 2003 (11.6359) SP1

User selects multiple emails using either the lasoo tool or shift & Arrow key's then can "right click" then "Print"

Since last week the customer now gets "Operation Failed" when doing this.

This does work ok for single emails



Any ideas / pointers please?

Found this to be fixed by unticking the used echange casched mode tick box.



however that worked for about 5 hours. now this morning the customer gets:



"one or more of the items you tried to print does not support printing and was not printed"



This is only when printing single or multiple messages from the inbox / prieview payne view.

Opening emials then printing = ok





any thoughts please?

Office 2003 is now at SP3 & SP4, I would first try upgrading the app to the latest rev.
