Using Groupwise 7.0.3, user is not able to print documents in htmml view. When you click to print, printer dialogue box does not appear and document never prints ( file, print does not work either). When changed to text view, click print, dialogue box appears and document will print w/o issue. If anyone has experienced this, please advise!

See if you can duplicate it on multiple systems and logins. If you can, it's probably a defect and needs to be reported.
