Unable to print from IE5.5SP2!!!

We have an issue with IE5.5SP2, where users are unable to print from the browser.
Nothing happens @ all when the user selects Print/Page Setup or Print Preview, after selecting any of the above the browser window is un-usable, there is no issue while printing from any other applications......
Has anyone come across an instance like this?

We are running IE5.5SP2 on a Win2K Server running Citrix MetaFrame 1.8.
