I am trying to set up remote access for a user from his XP VPN Client at home to the office X700 (Version 7.2B1501). I have set up the X700 as the documentation suggests; however, it still does not work. RDP from the outside to an internal server works (NAT) and the user is able to VPN to our other site without any problems.
On the client side, Windows returns a 619 error; sometimes immediately, sometimes after trying to "Verify username and password". On the X700, this is what we are getting:
