Unable to play recordings on Avaya Contact Recorder.

Hello All,

I recently faced this issue of not being able to play recordings on ACR.
We have an IPOSE 9.1.0.0 build 437 installed at a client's.
When I tried to search for some recordings, it only showed about 10 recordings but the agent had received about 20 calls at the time.
Instead I got an error which I captured.
I have read many things on this but can't seem to find a soultion.
Kindly assist.
