Unable to Ping local IP address

I have a machine running AIX ver. 3.4, I can ping the local host and all LAN IP's, but the machine will not ping it's own IP address.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Use netstat -rn to show where it thinks it should be routing the request.

Use ifconfig -a to show your interface definitions to be sure you've configured the addresses correctly.
