unable to open your default e-mail folders

One user deleted a *.pst file,now when I try to open Outlook I receive the following message:
unable to open your default e-mail folders. The path specified for the file C:\documents and settings\gadrian\local settings\application data\microsoft
outlook.pst is not valid.

I searched for the*.pst file, but there are none. I repaired MS Office and re-installed Outlook, but still same problem, any ideas what else I can do?

Either create a new profile or create a new .pst file and point the default delivery location to it.
Either way, unless you can recover the deleted .pst file, the user will have lost all the data within it.
