Unable to open vcard attachment in Outlook 2003

Hi All,

We have a user who is unable to open a vcard attachment in Outlook 2003. The same attachemnt was able to open on another computer using the same Outlook 2003 The attachment contains Contacts info.
Is there a feature in Contacts that will enable this?
