Unable to open user mail Box.. its givng error

Hi,

we are using callpilot 1.07 in our system. we have installed the admin client in our PC.(PC is migrated to XP last week.)We can able to login to the callpilot and if we search for the user the user details is appearing. when we click the properties icon of the user we are getting the follwing eror

" Reverse RPC connection with admin server can not be established"

We cant able reset the password for the users.Pls provide the solution


Note: when we use Windows 2000. the client is working fine.

Try using Feature 983, and the password to change mailbox passwords.

Feature 983 only works on CP norstar systems
