Unable to open the Report Application Server Launchpad Page

Hi

I have just installed Crystal Reports Advanced 9 that comes with Crystal Enterprise RAS SDK. Crystal Reports works fine but if I try to open the Report Application Server Launchpad I get a 'Page Cannot be Found' error.

I have tried to find the cause of this error but to no avail:

[ul][li]Report Application Server service was started when I checked.[/li] [li]I can run any other page on my web server without problem.[/li][/ul]

Worse, I have been to the Crystal Help and have found nothing.

All this is very frustrating, and makes me feel like an idiot :-(

Any help is much appreciated here!

I am not typing in any URL to start with. I am visiting the RAS launchpad directly from the start menu. I then get the "Page Cannot Be Found Error"
The url address of this page is then :

http://myservername/rassamples

Also apply RAS Hot Fix - without that I wasn't able to do anything...
Of course it's frustrating - there is no book on RAS, no documentation except chm file on CD, and site is terrible ... I understand you perfectly, since I'm in the sam boat...
Try to enter RAS on support.crystaldecisions.com/ and download samples for RAS 9 and asp.
