Unable to Open the excel ouput from Crytal Enterprise

Hi,

We are facing strange problem, One of our user is unable to open/download any excel output from crystal Enterprise.
When ever he opens the file, the file out shows only the following:

Is there any specific IE settings required for opening excel output in crystal. He is able to open/download excel files from other sites.
