I am getting this message on a computer on the LAN. I can ping all other servers connect up to the internet through the lan but when i try to log onto the netowrk I get bad password or domain server unavail. I also get the error in the subject. I have reinstalled tcp/ip the nic and client for microsoft networks.

What network software , clients and OS are you running?
Bad password seems self explanatory. By "domain server " do you mean DNS ? It's not enough to just reinstall tcp/ip the right right tcp/ip address, subnet mask, gateway, and dns address have to be set as well .Also domain name and identity.
