unable to open seibel analystics web

hi,
i have created a new repositarty added it to nsqconfig fiel. however, when i start the seibel web, it is not openning the login page . Ithe services r running so i do not know the error. Kindly help me.

IF all the services are running then i doubt that your WEB Server(IIS) could be DOWN. Try checking that....
