Unable to open sector - Unicenter Asset Management 3.2

Hi!!!


I have two sectors placed in Novell Netware 6.0 server.

The sectors were configured as Pre-Connect Online Sector and everything always worked fine.

But some weeks ago the engine could not open the sectors displaying the following message:

3.2.0.63 2004-10-04 15:22:24 Performing Job:Engine Collect: BRESSAN
3.2.0.63 2004-10-04 15:22:24 Sector Open() Failed, returned:-7
3.2.0.63 2004-10-04 15:22:24 Unable to Open Sector:BRESSAN

So, now I only can collect data from sector if it is configured as Off Line Sector.

I have tried to regenerate and reinitialize but nothing changes.

Finally I have a open issue with CA´s support but they don´t know anything about this.

If anyone have any idea to solve this please tell me ASAP.
