Unable to open items (mailboxes)

Using Backup Exec8.6 I am able to open the mailboxes to select for backup, but backup fail with this message in logfile. This apply to all mailboxes.

Unable to open the item Admin [admin@xxx.com] [admin]?Common Views? - skipped.Directory ?Admin [admin@xxx.com] [admin]?Deferred Action was not found, or could not be accessed. None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

Any suggestions to get mail backed up properly. Backup happens after hours with no users on the system.
