We've had this problem before...at the top of the information store is a file that is unable to be opened, we've been able to either delete or move it but this is the 3rd instance where it cannot be done, either at the server level nor the client.
Before it was an issue with the 'system undeliverable' email sent by the server, once this was deleted the file was able to be removed. Now, this email cannot be touched!
Any suggestions on how to remove it? The client has ALL his email moved to his personal folders, so they don't even sit on the server....except this one..and of course this shows that my backup job has failed. UGH!
