unable to open internet address window from customer maintenance windo

trying to open the internet addresses window from the customer maintnenace window in Great Plains. Keep getting the message "cannot access this form because the dictionary containing it is not loaded". Other than dynamics.dic what dictionary could it possibly be looking for? Thanks.

What version are you running?

Sounds like your Internet Information window is set to open an alternate version, but the product is not installed.

You could use the Security Profiler from the Support Debugging Tool to identify the window and the dictionary it is looking for.
