unable to open ie6

I just updated ie5 to 6 and guess what!
I can't open the browser at all!
This is the error message in the event viewer

The server {7DD60240-E101-11D2-865D-00A0C9E79206} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

Any ideas please?
