Which version of PM are you using, and which platform and version of the OS?
Are you an AOL user?

Nothing happens or the error "Cannot find help file..." or "...file may not be supported..." occurs when you start Help (PageMaker 7.x on Windows)
For some reason, PM prefers Internet Exploder.
