I am unable to open any of the help topic files when accessing them through the Help menu. When I select a topic in the index, I receive a quick "flash" the first time I try, then nothing. I can receive some help through the Office Assistant but it is more difficult to dig through to the exact topic I need. Microsoft says that SP 1a should resolve this but it doesn't.
