I have 2 buildings hooked up to my Novell server. The building the server is in have direct wired connections and everyone works. The other building has a Inventory management server hooked up to the main novell server over a t1 line. This morning I had to down and reboot the main server because no one could connect. Everyone in the main building can connect now, but when the other building tries to connect the Inv. Mgmt Server, they get the message "The driver or network connection that the shortcut <shortcutname> refers to is unavailible. Make sure the disk is properly inserted or network resource is availible".
When I rebooted the server, I noticed a message during reboot which said "IPXS-4.10-0022: Warning, unable to open default IPX configuration file "SYS:ETC\IPXSPX.CFG"; using internal defaults". Does anyone know if the 2 situations are related? Novell's site is giving me great problems, I can't seem to access their documentation to find this because of my connection or because of the site. Any help is appreciated!!!
Thanks.
