unable to open databse on defrag

Hi,
the thread thread478-981883 stated exactly what my issue it and I did not see a reply that resolved the issue, to me. Note: I am really new to this so I need things in really simple terms. I would like to know what I need to do get it to open my database so I can defrag. Then I can attack the issue I also saw in this thread about the keybuild.
