I am facing a strange issue on site, unable to open the CBC report at all, getting error " you may have tried to obtain data outside the collection range ! more info : the attempt to connect the server failed
More over CBC file is not coming in Backup also.
We have restarted the HDM service and Restarted the server also, still no luck. Getting following error in HDM logs
Trace] 7368 08-30 18:28:51.375 Database error:
RWDBStatus::ErrorCode: 5
DB Error message: [SERVERERROR] Error from Server: Database 'cbc' cannot be opened because either an earlier system termination left LOAD DATABASE incomplete or the database is created with 'for load' option. Load the database or contact a user with System Administrator (SA) role.
DB error code: 930
DB severity level: 14
Is recoverable?: : Yes
