Unable to open Attachments

I have a staff member that is sending out attachemnts, but on the receiving end the attachments are coming in as winmail on POP accounts. The recipients are unable to open the attachments.
Any Help??

I talk to the staff member and he said that he did not send out any attachment. His emails are showing up as winmail in AOL accounts. Any help.

Set the format as HTML or plain text instead of Rich Text.
