The citrix clients printers are not getting mapped. The windows 2000 server event log reports an error a terminal services error 're-directed printing will no longer function'. Any help to sort out the problem will be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance

Check that both the client and the server contain exactly the same driver version AND language. You can use the wtsupr.inf file to match printers and drivers. For example if you have a HP4000 driver you match this with HP5000 printers if nescessary. Check also that the spooler is running. It will stop sometimes after a printercrash.
Also there are known problems with Win2000 SP3 and printers in Citrix. Best is to maintain SP2.

One thing I read *somewhere* is that printer drivers that works under NT4 wont work under terminal server version of NT4 server. Maybe tehre is some kind of minor version difference?
