Unable to make STD, ISD calls

Site is not able to make any national, international or mobile call,
only local calls (internal and the city Limit calls) are working fine now,

Checked RLI - 1, this has FRL - 0, NCOS -0, only one route in the site, no issues with the PRI,

Now can you please suggest what else could be checked..

Typically an NCOS of 0 cant make LD calls. But this is all subject to your ESN, NPA and RLI settings
