When users from an option 11c site running Rls 4.5 software attempt to make PSTN calls via the NRS they get "release and try again" and the following error is display on the NRS: "LOG0003 NPM: cmEvRASReject: GK Admission rejected channel 32". Calls to other endpoints on the network go through ok.

Users from a BCM200 site on the same network are able to make PSTN calls via the same NRS.

Has anyone experienced such a problem?

depends on about 40 prompts from the cdb to the actual tdm trunks.. ncos of the inbound nrs and the frl on the rlb.. trag and targ.. as i said, to many places to block that call for educated guess.. if you still need help, post the routes to start with and a trunk from each route

easy way DCH monitor the virtual trunk what does the setup message send and in what format (SPN, CDP,etc) check in NRS routing test what is the destination for the digits in that format. DCH monitor at the receiving end does it get there give us an idea where it is failing.

Could be routing or could as mentioned above be Barring. If you don't see it leaving on your Opt 11 on the VTRK then its Barring in the Opt 11, you get the idea. More info.

The problem has been resolved, we had to reconfigure the dialing plan on the NRS.
