Good day,
I recently taken on a new client with an IPO that was relocated from one office to another location. They have added a sip trunk, the trunk has been configured and shows idle state in system status. However I am unable to make nor receive calls. On incoming calls I am getting an error message stating "the number you have dialed is not in service".
The service provider has stated that all configurations on their side is good which I find hard to believe as incoming calls are not even ringing at all. I have run a monitor trace which is attached below. Also the system status shows some sort of activity when the line is called where the time in state is reset as if it is attempting to initiate the call.
