I am also having problem making changes in the configuration in Arcserver 6.1 (Novell Netware 4.11 server) I did not setup the server, however I have become the sysadmin of a small company and need to make changes to the Arcserve software. I am setup as a Super User in Arcserve, and I also have Admin rights to the server, however when I make a change to the Arcserve configuration, close out Arcserve then reopen my changes are changes back to the settings they had before I made my changes. I contacted CA about this and they said that I should install Arcserve on my workstation and run it from the to the server, I have tried this but still get the same result. Does anyone have any answers to this?
