i was unable to look at my samba server...
and when ever am clicking on the icon of server
it gives me an error message ...//samba server is not accessible and network path not avaialble
looking forward for a quick reply.

We need more info. If you go to the START>RUN and type the IP address in a UNC format does it get to it? (Example-\\192.168.1.1). Also how is samba set up? What UNIX OS? James Collins

am using redhat linux 7.1 OS,we have configured our samba server using webmin rpm package.
you know what when am pinging am able to see linux server
i mean it(win2k) is able to ping,but when am going into network places in win2k and clicking on my linux server then it is giving me the error linux server is not found.
network path not available...
