Unable to logon to IP4700

Hi everyone,

We recently purchased a IP4700 on the used market for our lab.
I attached a serial cable to SPA and using HyperTerminal monitored the power on and initialization.
When all completes there is a IP4700 banner with Press any key to continue, which then prompts: Logon to File Server.

Since I do not know the password, what must be done to return the unit to a state that it can be logged on to?

I reviewed earlier posts and found that an answer to my question was posted earlier by MrMicroTech in thread511-961564 on 01/26/05.

Note that the password recovery must be completed within 5 minutes of clariion sp initialization.
