Unable to logon as user user

I am running ARCserveIT 6.61. When the backup starts I get a message in the log file "W3073 Unable to logon as user. (USER=Administrator, EC=LOGON FAILURE)" I have checked the passwords several times. Everything looks right. After the error the backup is still performed. I don't know that logon could be wrong. Any suggestions?

Also, make sure the ARCserve system account has an administrator in there with advanced rights. Maybe even a domain administrator if your backing up remotely in a domain.
