Unable to Login 1

I am unable to logged-in into openscape 4000 assistant and portal page with existing user name and passwaords

Can you help me ?

How do you connect to the Assistant, through which port?
If via Atlantic, the Assistant was reinstalled and you need to connect using login by default.

When reinstalling assistant, you do not need to copy and then install the database.
HP4k has several standard logins to log in to assistant.
