Unable to login to Server utility - AACC 6.2 - New Installation

Hello,

we are installing a New AACC 6.2 - SP5 with 2 servers.

Server 1 - CCMS , LM , Server Uility

Server 2 - CCMA.

Installation completed successfully for both the servers. when we try to Login to Server utility for first time, we are getting below error and unable to login . ( used sysadmin and default password to login). tried with IP address and Server name

" A server Connection Could not be established with the server name CCMSACTIVE".

We logged in to CCMA Webpage and tried to add this Server, unable to add, getting below error

" -2147221502:IceSecurity.COMSecurity.1:Invalid server - Not reachable (40802) "

I'm having the same issue.....Were yoiu able to resolve it?

We tried this application in a Customized windows OS, Which caused the issue.

We resolved it after changed the Group policy - RPC Authentication Paramenters in Windows.
