Unable to login to BCM50 Rls 5.0

I have a new BCM50 which I am unable and I am unable to login. I trying to do a level 1 reset but it does not seems to be working. The power light is set to green and the status light is set to red.

Have you checked that you are on the correct IP address range?.

We don't issue Logins and passwords on this forum.

i had 2 bcm50 rel5 doing the exact same thing..

Led red and cant log in.

Level 2 reset cleared it..

You need to use PUTTY and default passwords should get you to this level,
