Unable to Login Standalone Callpilot Server

Hi all,

I have a standalone CallPilot/Reporter server on Windows Server Standard 2003 SP1. I've followed the installation documentation from Nortel including the dcom configuration portion on the standalone server and CallPilot server. I can launch the web interface for CallPilot on the standalone server, however, I receive error when attemping to login. The error is

Failed to authenticate the account. Check your information and try again

I have the correct admin account and password and I'm putting the CallPilot Server IP address for the IP address of the server.

Help! Thanks.
 
The CallPilot server was installed and went live in April. This is a new installation on the standalone server.
